The 2-Minute Forgiveness Reset 

You don’t need an hour of silence or a retreat in the mountains to begin releasing resentment. You need two minutes and a willingness to try.

Sit tall, feet flat on the floor. Inhale for four counts and feel your ribs expand — let the breath be full and intentional. As you hold for two counts, visualize the resentment as a heavy, gray weight sitting in your chest. As you exhale for six counts, imagine that weight dissolving into the ground beneath you, leaving space where it used to be.

Repeat the mantra quietly: “I am the owner of my peace.”

This isn’t a cure. It’s a pivot — a shift from reaction to presence. Done consistently, it rewires your baseline. It reminds your system who is actually in charge.
