You cannot think your way out of a feeling that is stored in your body.
Resentment doesn’t just live in the mind. It lives in the jaw you clench while sleeping, the shoulders that never fully soften, the shallow breath you’ve accepted as normal. Your body has been bracing — sometimes for years — against a threat that no longer exists.
To truly move forward, we must work with the Biological Mirror. Where are you holding tension right now? Where does your breath stop short?
Somatic techniques — breathwork, body scanning, conscious release — signal to your nervous system that the conflict is over. Forgiveness isn’t complete until your body feels safe enough to unclench. Until it trusts that it’s allowed to rest.
Stop the internal war. Find your physical center. That’s where your healing lives.
